Our search assignments are targeted on CEO’s and Vice President level management in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. The majority of our assignments come from venture investors and company founders.
Our founder Jack Busch started his electronics career at Intel Corporation where he was the Director of Major Accounts. In this role he called on Intels major customers at the CEO level to build partnerships, strategic alliances, and promote Intels Architecture. Bertrand Smith, a partner, served the Advanced Technology Practice Leader for a “top 40” search firm prior to joining Busch International. Previously, he served as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and co-founded Educational Multimedia Concepts (an early multimedia integration software firm).
