Jack Busch started his electronics career at Intel Corporation where he was the Director of Major Accounts. In this role he called on Intel's major customers at the CEO level to build partnerships, strategic alliances, and promote Intel's Architecture. Jack founded Busch International 20 years ago to provide the utmost search services to the venture, growth and startup communities. In that time Jack has completed over 300 successful CEO and VP assignments. Jack enjoys racing formula cars, biking, swimming and all water sports.

Olga Ocon handles day-to-day operation of the Busch International office. For over 10 years, she has supported the companys business development efforts by researching new potential client companies, their competitors, and target companies. "What I enjoy most about our role is the daily communications with international technology professionals," Olga says. "I enjoy hearing about candidates achievements and latest accomplishments. The long-term relationships we have developed with CEOs make us a unique firm."
